Me time pilates
Matwork Pilates using small equipment for all over body conditioning and core strength. For any ability/age group. Crèche available on request.
Mixed ability Pilates
APPI Matwork Pilates method, on the mat using small equipment to challenge the body continually. Any ability welcome.
Bring your mini me to a Pilates class where your little ones can relax or help you with your core strength exercises. Helps recover postnatally or general exercise with your little one with you. Block of 6 classes.
Mixed ability matwork Pilates for the over 50's, a great class and environment using the mat and small equipment. A tailored pilates class that can cater for specific conditions such as Osteoporosis.
Corporate yoga and pilatesWe offer discounts for our Yoga and Pilates classes to Corporate companies. Why not encourage your workforce to take up a class to maintain their physical health and wellbeing.
Sivananda YogaSivananda Yoga is a classical yoga system focusing on proper breathing, exercise, diet, relaxation, as well as positive thinking and meditation. It is a holistic approach to stilling the waves of the mind.
Yin YogaYin yoga is gentle enough for beginners, long held floor poses, releasing and revitalising the connective tissues, with deep relaxation at the end.
Vinyasa YogaVinyasa Flow Yoga combines beautiful flow yoga sequences working on strength, stamina and flexibility.
